(1) The influence of the composition of the admixture. In order to adapt to the needs of different engineering constructions, the composition of the admixture applied to concrete must be adjusted appropriately, which causes the compatibility of the admixture and cement to change. It is more complicated, which affects the test results;
(2) The influence of cement, due to changes in various aspects of the properties of cement, mineral composition, gypsum material, and alkali content, etc., will become the main factors affecting the compatibility of cement and admixtures. Therefore, if different manufacturers and different batches of cement are used to test the admixture, the test results will inevitably show large deviations.
However, as far as the construction unit is concerned, it is hoped that the cement actually used on site will be used to test the admixture. The conclusion drawn in this way is relatively more targeted and applicable, and it solves the problem of compatibility between the two.
