High efficiency waterproofing agent is composed of self-waterproofing and compacting material, naphthalene series superplasticizer and appropriate retarding and anti-segregation components. Aliphatic retarder superplasticizer is carbonyl pyraldehyde synthesized by sulfonation of acetone. The hydrophobic main chain is composed of aliphatic alkyl superplasticizer and appropriate retarding and strengthening components. It has the functions of water reduction, retarding, slump retention and strengthening. The product has strong adaptability to cement, less admixture and convenient use. It is especially suitable for concrete projects requiring high efficiency water reduction and setting retardation, with water reduction rates ranging from 18% to 25%.
Lignosulfonate: It is a common water reducer. Its dosage is lignin. Most of its raw materials are extracted from conifers and other tree species. This water reducer can improve the fluidity of mortar and enhance the solidification of mortar by mixing it with mortar. Its water reducing rate is about 5% to 10%.
Naphthalene sulfonate water reducer: This water reducer is one of the earliest water reducers used in China. It is the product of naphthalene reacting with sulfuric acid and fusing with formaldehyde. It belongs to a special water reducer. According to the visibility, the superplasticizer can present powdered objects of different colors from shallow to deep. It has strong water solubility and good dispersing effect on a series of powdered building materials such as cement. The water reduction rate is about 10% higher than that of lignin.
Polycarboxylic acid series superplasticizer: From the length of the name of this superplasticizer, we can see that it is by no means an ordinary superplasticizer. This superplasticizer is a newly developed superplasticizer with the highest scientific and technological content and the strongest comprehensive performance. This superplasticizer is a product of mixing rare chemical substances with other additives. Compared with other water reducing agents, their comprehensive performance and technical indicators are excellent.
