2. Influence on concrete durability
Concrete bleeding will lead to the formation of floating slurry layer on the surface. When the floating slurry layer thickens and loses fluidity due to water loss, and the strength development is not strong enough to resist the tensile stress caused by subsidence or plastic shrinkage, many cracks will occur on the concrete surface. In concrete, during the rise of bleeding water, many bleeding channels with less cementing material content are generated in concrete, resulting in loose, weak and easy carbonization in concrete, and increasing the risk of steel corrosion in concrete [1]. Bleeding leads to the formation of a high water-cement ratio in the floating slurry layer. After evaporation, it forms a porous and weak surface. After the formation of the slurry layer on the floor or pavement, it is easy to peel, which seriously affects the quality of concrete.
3 Influence on concrete appearance quality
Dripping water will generally reduce the water-cement ratio at the bottom of the concrete and destroy the uniformity of the concrete inside. When the mixing water is generated on the surface of the concrete, it will carry a part of the fine particles in the cementing materials and aggregates, forming a layer of floating slurry with a large water content on the surface of the concrete, resulting in loose and empty concrete surface, honeycomb surface, and even exposed stone. It has great influence on the strength growth and carbonization rebound of concrete in the later stage.
