If the above situation occurs, the mixer operator should stop the machine immediately to overhaul the retarder weighing system. If it is found that there is a yellow brown admixture leaking into the water scale, the water in the water scale should be discharged to re-weigh and overhaul the admixture weighing system.
2.2 Phenomena observed in concrete factory inspection
After the concrete is mixed by the mixer, the concrete is unloaded from the mixer by the hopper, and then opened to the material test table for the concrete factory inspection. If the retarder is overmixed, the inspector can first smell the taste of the admixture thicker than normal concrete; In addition, by shining a flashlight on the concrete inside the mixing car, it can be found that the luster is stronger than normal concrete and the reflection is stronger. Careful observation can also be found inside the concrete surface water was tan. At this time with the bucket truck on the inside of the concrete sample inspection, it can be observed that there are a lot of small bubbles on the concrete surface of the bucket truck, the surface is smoother than normal concrete. The above situation shows that the retarder is too much, and the concrete should be treated as waste material. In addition to the admixture weighing system for a comprehensive inspection, found the problem in which parts, maintenance can continue to produce.
