XP-11 is a high-performance liquid defoamer made of modified polyether materials. It is professionally developed for building material systems including concrete and wet-mixed mortar, delivering stable and efficient defoaming performance for construction projects.
Working Principle
Manufactured via exclusive modified polyether technology, this product features ultra-low surface tension. Once it touches the gas-liquid interface of mortar and concrete, it spreads instantly to eliminate existing bubbles and suppress new bubble generation for a long time. It perfectly solves bubble troubles during mixing, pumping and molding processes, effectively boosting the density, structural strength and surface finish of finished construction products.

Usage & Precautions
This defoamer is mainly compounded with polycarboxylate superplasticizers for use. The recommended dosage is 0.01% to 0.03% of the total weight of cementitious materials. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through laboratory tests according to actual material ratio, mixing process and bubble severity. Compatibility tests are mandatory before mixing with any other chemical admixtures.
Packaging, Storage & Transportation
Packaged in 1-ton plastic IBC totes. The product is non-toxic and non-flammable, classified as general chemical goods for transportation. Store in dry and ventilated environments, keep away from direct sunlight and rainwater, and control storage and transportation temperature below 40℃. Under standard storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
