1. concrete additives polycarboxylate superplasticizer is used for gypsum based self-leveling floor screeds and cement based dry mix mortar.
2. It is especially for cementious self-leveling underlayments (SLU), plaster and masonry, non-shrink grouts, pressed cement slurry, self-leveling floor screeds, waterproofing mortar, repair mortars, injection mortars, dry mix concrete, tiles adhesives and joint fillers.
3. Specially used in oil well cementing processes as a dispersing additive to cement slurry in order to regulate rheological properties, to reduce hydraulic resistance of cement slurry, and to reduce pumping and squeezing pressure.

(1) A recommended dosage is 0.1%-0.5% by the weight of cementitious materials. Actual dosages should be determined by test.
(2) This product is forbidden to be mixed with naphthalene sulphonate.
(3) Compatibility test must be done when it is used together with other admixtures.

Key raw material inspection
Monomer purity (such as HPEG/TPEG of polycarboxylic acid water reducer): Gas chromatography (GC) detection purity ≥98%.
Auxiliary materials (such as retarders, air entraining agents): Detect moisture content (Karl Fischer method) ≤0.5%, impurities ≤1%.
Supplier management
Regularly review supplier qualifications, retain samples for re-inspection of each batch, and establish raw material traceability files.
2. Production process control
1. Synthesis process monitoring
Reaction parameters: temperature (±2℃), pH value (±0.5), reaction time (±10min) are recorded in real time, and abnormalities are automatically alarmed.
Key indicators:
Water reducer mother liquor: solid content (drying method) is controlled at 40±1%, density (density meter) 1.15±0.02 g/cm³.
2. Spray drying control
Inlet air temperature: 180-220℃ (avoid excessive decomposition).
Discharge moisture: ≤3% (infrared moisture meter for rapid detection).
Powder fineness: 80 mesh sieve pass rate ≥95% (laser particle size analyzer).
