SPS-28 water reducing high performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer flake concrete admixture

(1) Concrete admixture PCE Flake can be widely used in ordinary concrete and high performance concrete. After disolved in water to be liquid solution, can be used in a wide ranges: romote mountainous regions & exporting to belt and road regions.

(2) PCE concrete admixture can be used in industrial, civil construction, water conservancy engineering, port, transportation, municipal, railway and other pumping concrete construction. It can also be used to make special concrete of high strength, ultra-high strength, high impermeability, early strength, self-leveling, steel fiber type and so on.

(1) Recommended dosage is 0.2%-0.5% by weight of cementitious materials. Accurate dosage should be determined after testing.

(2) Testing must be conducted prior to use.

(3) This product must not be mixed with naphthalene sulfonate admixtures.

(4) Compatibility testing is required when used with other admixtures.

Storage and Transportation Requirements

Packaging Specifications: Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags with PE inner liners.

For sea freight: 14 tons (including pallets) per 20 foots standard container; 28 tons (including pallets) per 40 foots high cube container.

For rail freight: 25.5 tons (including pallets) per 40 foots high cube container.

Transportation: Classified as non-hazardous chemicals; transport as general cargo. Protect from rain and moisture during transit.

Storage Conditions

Keep the product in a place that is dry, cool, and has good ventilation. It is essential to guard against any moisture ingress, since that could cause caking and reduce efficacy. Moreover, shield it from direct rays of the sun and excess heat; the surrounding temperature should be maintained no higher than 40°C.

 

Shelf Life

12 months. Use after testing if stored beyond this period.
