We also produce water reducing type, slump retention type and set retarding type polycarboxylate superplasticizer in liquid form with solid content 50% for ready mix concrete. The total annual capacity of PCE is 100,000.00 tons.

Dosage
Generally, the dosage range is 0.25%-0.8% per 100kg of cementious materials in the mix, including GGBFS, PFA or microsilica. It can be beyond this range properly for special cements or aggregates.

Storage
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer for Ready Concrete is non-toxic, nonflammable and can be shipped as general chemicals. Avoid direct sunlight. Keep away from fire or any kind of heat source. Stored in cool and ventilated place separately with oxidants and strong acids and alkali.
