Application of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer in concrete of high-speed railway components. When adding polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer in concrete mix, the water-binder ratio and unit water consumption can be reduced, but the performance of concrete mix is enhanced.
The increase of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer parameter will increase the setting time and improve the pumpability of concrete mixture.Although polycarboxylic acid can enhance the fluidity of concrete mixture, the selection of polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent parameters should be ensured within a certain range. The test results show that 1.0% of the water content is suitable to ensure the water retention of concrete when the raw materials and ratio remain unchanged.
