In the actual project, the quality problems caused by the improper construction of formwork are as follows: the bearing capacity, stiffness and stability of formwork and support system are not enough; The mold removal time is too early, the concrete strength is insufficient; There are problems in the mold removal sequence and safety measures; Improper measures after mold removal. The current "concrete structure engineering construction quality acceptance Code" (GB50204-2002) stipulates: the template and its support (frame) should be designed according to the engineering structure form, load size, foundation soil category, construction equipment and material supply conditions. The formwork and its support shall have sufficient bearing capacity, stiffness and stability to reliably withstand the weight, lateral pressure and construction load of the poured concrete. Because the formwork is subjected to vertical gravity, horizontal thrust, vibration force, impact force and bending torque during construction, the inspection of the formwork is based on the drawings of the axis, elevation and section size, and must also focus on checking whether its stability, firmness, stiffness and tightness meet the engineering requirements.
