1. Product Description
This powdered high-performance polycarboxylate water-reducing admixture is synthesized from polyether macromonomers. It appears as free-flowing white or pale-yellow powder. Featuring outstanding water-reducing capacity and favorable slump-retention performance, this product shows great compatibility with various cements and mineral admixtures. It is widely applicable to precast components, ready-mixed concrete, grouting materials and other concrete products.
2. Technical Specifications
Solid content: ≥94 %; pH value (1 % aqueous solution): 8.0-9.2; Chloride ion content: ≤0.05 %; Sodium sulfate content: ≤3.0 %; Moisture content: ≤6.0 %.
3. Application Fields
Precast concrete components, ready-mix concrete for batching plants, non-shrink grouting materials, special-purpose mortars and high-performance dry-mix mortars.

5. Application Instructions
Recommended dosage ranges from 0.2 % to 0.5 % by mass of cementitious materials. Actual dosage shall be confirmed through lab tests according to raw material properties, ambient temperature and targeted workability. Blend the powder homogeneously with other dry components before adding water for mixing; alternatively, dissolve the powder in water and add the solution into the mixing system.
6. Packaging & Storage
Packed in 25 kg woven bags with inner plastic liners. Store in cool, dry and well-ventilated locations, away from sunlight and rain. Shelf life is 12 months under sealed condition. Use up promptly once the package is opened.
7. Safety Notes
This is a general chemical powder. Prevent dust inhalation. Wear dust-proof masks during handling and avoid eye and skin contact. In case of accidental contact, flush thoroughly with plenty of clean water. Seek medical attention if physical discomfort occurs.
