Product Description:
SPS-20P represents a new-generation eco-friendly powdered polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
It dissolves fully in water and features both viscosity reduction and excellent slump retention capacity.
Technical Principle:
Manufactured mainly from TPEG-2400 raw material, this product increases side chain density and
incorporates viscosity-reducing functional groups.
It strikes a perfect balance between low viscosity and sustained slump performance for concrete mixes.

enabling multi-functional compound formulation.
Application:
Ideal for various mortar types including repair mortar and special mortar, self-leveling materials, grout, prestressing grout,
precast concrete components and UHPC. It also works well in ordinary concrete products.
Usage Instructions and Precautions:
(1) Recommended dosage ranges from 0.2% to 0.5% calculated based on the weight of cementitious materials.
Final mixing dosage needs to be confirmed by laboratory trials.
(2) Do not blend this product with naphthalene-based water reducers under any circumstances.
(3) If combined with other concrete admixtures, compatibility tests are mandatory before formal application.
Storage and Transportation Requirements:
Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags with inner PE liners.
Loading capacity: 14 tons per pallet for 20'GP container, and 28 tons per pallet for 40'HC container.
Transportation:
Classified as non-hazardous chemicals; transport as
general cargo. Protect from rain and moisture during transit.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Strictly avoid moisture exposure, as it may cause clumping and affect performance.
Protect from direct sunlight and high temperatures (recommended ambient temperature ≤40℃).
Shelf Life:
When stored below 40℃, the shelf life lasts 12 months.
