Description
SPS-18 is a high-performance PCE powder characterized by high water-reducing and high-temperature resistance.

A high-performance PCE manufactured through optimized molecular group configuration and synthesis processes.
Advantages/Characteristics

(2) Having a good heat stability and function reliability even in high-temperature environments.
(3) High water-reduction rate and excellent dispersibility.
Application
1. It is specially used for cement based self-leveling floor screeds and cement based dry mix mortar.
2. It is especially for cementious self-leveling underlayments (SLU), plaster and masonry, non-shrink grouts, pressed cement slurry, self-leveling floor screeds, waterproofing mortar, repair mortars, injection mortars, dry mix concrete.
3. Used in oil well cementing processes as a dispersing additive to cement slurry in order to regulate rheological properties, to reduce hydraulic resistance of cement slurry, and to reduce pumping and squeezing pressure.
Usage Instructions and Precautions
(1) Recommended dosage is 0.2%-0.5% by weight of mixing materials.
Exact dosage must be set through mix design testing.
(2) Testing must be conducted before use.
(3) This product must not be mixed with naphthalene sulfonate admixtures.
(4) Compatibility testing is required when used with other admixtures.
Storage and Transportation Requirements
Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags with PE inner liners.
Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Stay away from moisture, as it may get clumpy and reduce performance.Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures (temperature ≤40℃).
Shelf Life
12 months. Use after testing if stored beyond this period.
