Technical Principle
The main chains of the high performance polycarboxylate water reducing agent molecular are absorbed onto the surface of the cement granules, which can effectively hinder the hydration, enhance fluidity retention ability, the branch chains surrounded by the cement granules, play dual roles of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion, it is totally different from conventional water reducing agents, so the high performance polycarboxylate water reducing agent has better dispersion and water reducing effect.

Application
1. PCE Powder Water Reducer is specially used for gypsum based self-leveling floor screeds and cement based dry mix mortar.
2. It is especially for cementious self-leveling underlayments (SLU), plaster and masonry, non-shrink grouts, pressed cement slurry, self-leveling floor screeds, waterproofing mortar, repair mortars, injection mortars, dry mix concrete, tiles adhesives and joint fillers.
3. PCE Powder Water Reducer Used in oil well cementing processes as a dispersing additive to cement slurry in order to regulate rheological properties, to reduce hydraulic resistance of cement slurry, and to reduce pumping and squeezing pressure.

Precautions for use
Dosage control: The optimal dosage needs to be determined through trial mixing. Excessive dosage may cause excessive slow setting or water seepage.
Mixing uniformity: It is recommended to put it into the mixer simultaneously with aggregates and cementitious materials to avoid local agglomeration.
Storage conditions: It needs to be moisture-proof and sealed. After moisture absorption and agglomeration, it needs to be crushed and sieved before use to avoid performance degradation.
