technical principle
The molecular chain of PCE is comb-like. The high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules of the main chain are absorbed to the surface of the cement particles, which can effectively hinder the hydration and enhance the retention ability of its flow, and the branched chains around the cement particles play a dual role of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion, It is completely different from traditional water reducers. Therefore, the high-performance polycarboxylate ether-based superplasticizer has good dispersibility and water-reducing effect.
