Admixture Quality Control
1. The selected admixture should have the following technical documents provided by the supplier:
The selected admixture should have the following technical documents provided by the supplier:
(1) Product instructions, and should indicate the main ingredients of the product.
(2) Factory inspection report and certificate of conformity.
(3) Test report on the performance of admixture concrete.
2. If the high water reducing rate concrete admixtures is transported to the concrete mixing station, representative samples should be taken immediately for inspection, and the incoming goods should be consistent with the project test preparation before being put into storage and used.Discontinue use if inconsistency is found.
3. Water reducing agent concrete admixtures should be stored separately according to different suppliers, varieties and brands, and should be clearly marked.
4. The powder admixture should be prevented from agglomerating due to moisture. If there is agglomeration, after passing the performance test, crush the admixture with a 0.63mm screen. Liquid admixtures should be placed in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight, freezing, pollution, water entry or evaporation. If there is precipitation, it can be used after passing the performance test.
5. The admixture batching control system should be clearly marked, the measurement should be accurate, and the measurement error should not be greater than 2% of the admixture dose.
